With 180-degree views to the east and the splendid Caribbean sunrises bathing each of the spacious spaces of this large apartment in natural light, ideal for a vacation with the whole family and/or friends, it has details that make it unique, such as a double cabin with a rain shower in the master bedroom that also has two king beds, a work space and a shared terrace with the double bedroom, each room with a private bathroom, and a guest bathroom shared with the third room, which in addition to being very private also has a spectacular view of the slender coconut trees that decorate the coastline. In addition, an open plan integrates the main terrace with the fully equipped kitchen and the living room so that you can share unforgettable moments with your loved ones with a spectacular uninterrupted view of the beach, the sea and the majestic pool of the complex enjoying the soft Caribbean breeze that runs through the entire apartment.
In a complex awarded by the Ministry of Tourism for its excellent development, organization and management, our guests can enjoy a fully equipped gym, private sauna time, a majestic swimming pool and heated jacuzzi and a large sandy area on the beach, a spacious lobby and the service of a highly trained and extremely friendly staff.
We are constantly attentive to each of our guests, just a message away, we have staff just minutes away if needed.

It's a quiet residential area, allowing for restful and relaxing stays, with the beach almost exclusively for the building's occupants.

There are two restaurants near the building; you can walk east along the internal street or along the beach. Soya Azul and Aquarium are open from 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

If you continue walking further east for about 20 minutes, you'll reach the public beach area, where you'll find a wide variety of restaurants and wineries.


The building is located very close to the main road where public transportation runs approximately every 30 minutes.

It's reliable for getting around town, but if you prefer walking and exploring, the town is very safe.

If you don't want to rent a car to explore the rest of the country or go to the major supermarkets, we can recommend reliable taxis, but under no circumstances should you use Uber. The drivers are scammers, personally charging additional fares beyond those already paid through the app.
